History

Seneca Communications was formed in March, 2002 by a group of seasoned project managers and technicians with a commitment to honesty and dependability. “Seneca” was chosen as the name of the company for the direct link to the Roman Stoic Lucius Annaeus Seneca. His writings in AD 35 through AD 60 were considered by the Roman people to be the basis for maintaining a society with virtue and reason and that one should strive to “do the right thing” and be indifferent toward everything else. All the principals in the company have taken this stoic idea and implemented it into their daily business practices. This idea alone has helped the company “Seneca” build a foundation of honest and dependable employees and also attracted a highly respected management team that endeavors to fulfill this commitment to the Stoic Seneca.
